这个奖杯和游戏开头有关，很容易错过。游戏一开始在 Normandy 上过完剧情以后记得和 Captain Anderson 以及 Nihlus 对话，每个信息对话选项都对话完，可以获得 Protheans 这个词条。

随后前往 Eden Prime，会救下队友 Ashley，和她完成所有对话可以获得 Geth 这个词条，如果错过之后没有机会再补了。剩下的词条在之后前往的 Citadel 上找对应种族对话都可以获得。下面列出 PSNP 的总结：

Council Races:

Asari - Story related, first meeting with the Council
Salarian - Story related, first meeting with the Council
Turian - Story related, during your first chat with Nihlus


Non-Council races:

Batarian - After the events at Eden Prime at the beginning of the game, talk to Captain Anderson anytime at the Citadel. You can also get this from the Bring Down the Sky mission, or via I Remember Me if you chose the Colonist background.
Elcor - Talk to the Elcor in the office next to the Human Embassy office.
Geth (Easily Missable) - At the very beginning of the game, as soon as you meet Ashley on Eden Prime, use the Investigate (left) dialogue option to ask her about the Geth.
Hanar - Tak to the Hanar merchant in Citadel's Emporium.
Keepers - Talk to the Avina near the Council elevator in the Presidium next to a Keeper.
Krogan - Unlocks when Wrex is recruited.
Volus - Talk to the Volus in the office next to the Human Embassy office.
Quarian - Unlocks when Tali is recruited.


Extinct races:

Protheans (Easily Missable) - At the very beginning of the game before leaving to go to Eden Prime, use the Investigate (left) dialogue option during the meeting with Captain Anderson and Nihlus.
Rachni - Talk to the Avina located near the Financial District in the Citadel and ask about the Rachni Wars.
